Ingredients
- 3 Cups Red Lentils
- 1/2 Cup Pearled barley
- 7.5 Cups Water
- 3 Cups Vege broth
- 1.5 Onion Chopped
- 3 Carrots Chopped
- 3 Stalks Celery Chopped
- 2 Cans Sweet corn Drained
- 2 Cans White Beans Rinsed
- 1.5 Tsp Celery seed
- 3 Tbs Parsley Flakes
- 3 Tsp Basil
- 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Black pepper
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 Tbs Bragg's Aminos Added as a condiment at table

Instructions
- Rinse Red Lentils and barley. Place all ingredients in IPot and stir. Cover, press “manual” and adjust time to 15 minutes. Set valve to “sealing”. Let the IPot come to pressure and cook.
- When the IPot beeps after counting down, press cancel and wait ten minutes prior to releasing pressure by turning the valve to “vent”. Remove bay leaves and serve.
