Ingredients
- 2 Cans 15 oz Garbonzo Beans (or chickpeas)
- 2 Tbs Tahini (Optionally use 1/2 cup of diced onion for a low fat alternative)
- 3 Tbs Minced garlic cloves
- 3 Tbs Chopped basil
- 4 Tbs Lemon juice
- 1/3 Cup Water

Instructions
- Open both cans of Garbonzo beans (or chickpeas). Strain and rinse thoroughly.
- Add beans and all other ingredients to your food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Optional: add water to reduce thickness as desired.
