Ingredients
- 1 Cup Diced onion (You can double this if desired)
- 1 Tbs Diced Garlic (Or two cloves)
- 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika (Regular Paprika is fine too)
- 1 Tbs Oregano
- 1 Tbs Cumin
- 6 oz Tomato Paste (Salt free with no added sugar if possible)
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce (Salt free with no added sugar if possible)
- 4 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbs Lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a saucepan under medium heat "water" fry the chopped or diced onion and diced garlic until the onion gets softer and partially translucent.
- Add the smoked Paprika, cumin and oregano. Mix it in well covering the onion and garlic.
- Stir in the tomato paste and tomato sauce as well as the apple cider vinegar and the worchestershire sauce. Simmer for a couple of minutes while constantly stirring with a spoon or spatula.
- Stir in the lemon juice.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 more minutes to let the mixture thicken. Add pepper as desired.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a container. Then refrigerate until the mixture is luke-warm or cold. After which you can use an immersion blender and blend until very smooth.
- Make sure it is very smooth!
- Add to condiment bottle for use!
