Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix pumpkin, salt and eggs.
  3. Add evaporated milk, sugar and spice.
  4. Pour into lightly greased 9″ x 13″ inch pan.
  5. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over mixture in pan.
  6. Top with Pecans.
  7. Pour butter over all.
  8. Bake approx. 1 hour at 350 degrees covered with aluminum foil. Remove foil and bake for 15 or 20 more minutes.
Recipe Notes

One tip I have, is to flip the crust (which is on top) over onto the plate when serving. Then put the whipped topping on top of the filling. Makes it much easier to eat!
