Pesto Hummus
Very flavorful basil based Pesto Hummus!

  1. Open both cans of Garbonzo beans (or chickpeas). Strain and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Add beans and all other ingredients to your food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Optional: add water to reduce thickness as desired.

Feel free to modify this recipe to suit your tastes or needs. Also consider swapping out the tahini for a 1/4 cup of diced onion for a low fat option.

If using it as a dip try and some red hot for a little added zest! Enjoy!
